How do I find the right part?
The fastest way is to search by part number — enter your OEM or aftermarket part number in the search bar and select "Part Number" from the dropdown. You can also search by keyword (e.g., "brake pads") or browse by brand and category.
Do you carry OEM and aftermarket parts?
Yes! Altra Buy stocks both genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and high-quality aftermarket alternatives. Aftermarket parts often provide the same fit and performance at a lower price point.
Are your parts compatible with my vehicle?
Our search is based on part number, keyword, and brand — not year/make/model. If you know your part number (from your current part, dealer, or repair manual), you can be confident the part will fit.
Can I order by phone?
Absolutely. Call us at (302) 560-7186 Monday through Friday, 8am–6pm EST and a parts specialist will assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders after 3 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 have a flat $12.99 shipping fee.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and the weight of the package. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all included materials. Contact us or submit a return request to start the process.
How do I start a return?
Visit our ">Return Request page and fill out the form with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. The funds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
What if I received a wrong or defective part?
Contact us immediately at info@altrabuy.com with your order number and a description (and photos if possible). We'll expedite a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Account & Orders

Do I need an account to order?
No account is required — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save your address, view order history, and build wishlists.
How can I track my order?
Visit our ">Track Order page and enter your order number and email address. You'll also receive tracking updates by email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by calling (302) 560-7186. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, changes may not be possible.
