Return Policy

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The return window begins on the date your tracking shows delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be: unused and in their original, uninstalled condition; in original packaging with all included components (hardware, instructions, etc.); and free from installation marks, grease, or damage caused after receipt.

How to Return

1. Submit a Return Request at ">altrabuy.com/returns or email info@altrabuy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide (defective/wrong items) or at your cost (changed mind, ordered wrong part).
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Electrical parts (sensors, modules, ECUs) that have been installed or powered on; items damaged by improper installation; items returned without an RMA number.
