Product Warranty

All parts sold by Altra Buy are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty duration varies by manufacturer and product category. Typical warranty periods are: OEM parts — 12 months or as specified by the manufacturer; Aftermarket parts — 6 to 24 months depending on the brand and product type.

What Is Covered

Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a part fails under normal operating conditions during the warranty period, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

What Is Not Covered

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from: improper installation; misuse or abuse; use in applications outside the part's intended purpose; normal wear and tear; accidents or environmental damage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us at info@altrabuy.com with your order number, the part number, and a description of the failure. Photos or videos of the defect are helpful. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
